Currently our consultation process involves 3 parts. The FMS screening, Body Composition, and Lifestyle Goal Interview. In the coming weeks Rebel will be adding some high powered and high valued additions. Giving us a complete picture of your movement health, complete with take home exercises emailed right to you!

Functional Movement Screen (FMS):
The Functional Movement Screen is a ranking and grading system of seven essential basic movement patterns critical to fundamental function. By screening these 7 fundamental patterns we identify limitations and asymmetries, which impair functional training, conditioning capacity, increase injury risk and distort body awareness.
The FMS generates a score, which is used to target problems and track progress. This scoring system is directly linked to the most beneficial corrective exercises to restore mechanically sound movement patterns.
We monitor your FMS score to track progress and to identify those exercises that will be most effective to restore proper movement and build strength in each individual.
If your goals are to improve body composition (lose body fat) we test to see how much of you is fat. This helps’ RFA gauge your progress and timeline to reaching your healthy and desired weight ratio. It also lets us track how your body reacts based upon dietary and lifestyle changes, so we make sure your losing the right stuff. The body has a knack for wanting to store fat, and we don’t like that.
